• Brussels Airport - Built the processing layer for the sales of their “Enjoy! Gold” products. This included not only the sales processing but also the redeeming of the sold tickets, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers when they come to redeem their purchased products.
• Favorite Gifts - Built an integration layer between suppliers and the company’s internal systems. This included merging and processing large amounts of product and printing data. Additionally, I developed a “pricing engine” for Favorite Gift’s web shops to calculate pricing for custom printed products.
• Flowbird - Built a hosted payment page site and accompanying API which processed the payments with integration with various payment service providers. I also developed a reconciliation system to ensure all transactions were accurately recorded and reconciled with external financial systems. This included processes for data validation, error handling, and reporting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Rabobank - In this project I had the role of Senior developer and built a backend for frontend for their hosted payment page, integrating with various internal systems and ensuring a seamless user experience. I provided technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, and collaborated with other teams to ensure the successful development of the project.
